Secure File Management System
As one of the leading product design agencies in the world, Seymour Powell deal with a wide range of clients and people on a day-to-day basis. As such, numerous files and sensitive documents pass between them and their client base. Keeping track of all of this can be difficult, which is why we were tasked to provide a bespoke file management system. One that would enable all staff and clients to securely access one universal system to easily manage their documents.

The system was designed to handle any file type, from jpegs to Excel files, and to enable staff to manage their own project files. If a client needs access to certain project files or needs to upload certain information themselves, they can also be given a user account to do this. Even with multiple clients and staff on the one system, users only see their own files - not those relating to other projects.
The system itself was completely bespoke and was designed and developed over two months. With testing taking place at crucial development stages the system was eventually deployed on Seymour Powell's own servers for final improvements and checks.
As the system is used on a regular basis it copes perfectly with the demands put upon it by numerous staff and clients. It provides everything Seymour Powell asked for in their brief and gives them piece of mind to easily go about their business.
